Only 50 miles from Little Rock Airport and 15 miles to the historic town of Hot Springs Arkansas, tenants have convenient access to main travel routes while remaining close to local attractions.

    Hot Springs Village is home to eight unique golf courses; seven 18-hole golf courses and one 27-hole golf complex. With 153 holes, there is great golf for all skill levels.

Situated in the heart of Prescott, this private retreat is only 10 minutes to town.

This tastefully appointed home is abundant in amenities and can accommodate up to eight guests in beds, with the guest bedrooms enjoying their own vanities for a comfortable grooming area.

Additionally there are two living rooms and large backyard with two fire pits and a gas grill set to entertain. Large grassy area for the kids and dogs to roam and play. It doesn’t get better than this!
